So I’ve just finished reading Don Quixote by Miguel de Cervantes (Edith Grossman translation). It was a really good novel that supplied a number of laughs and entertaining stories. My favorite part of the novel was in Chapter 17 when Don Quixote and Sancho Panza had left the inn where they were battered and Don Quixote prescribed a homemade remedy to Sancho for his pains… the ensuing event, which I will not ruin for those who want to read Don Quixote, had me laughing out loud for several minutes.
Anyways, I’m also happy to know that my favorite band (Coldplay) have made a song which if not titled Don Quixote is certainly about him. Sadly, I believe they will leave this song from being officially released.
